When choosing doors and windows, there are too many configurations, which always makes people dazzled. With the development of interior decoration, doors and windows are no longer just part of the wall. In addition to the basic lighting and ventilation functions, they are also an important part of interior decoration. However, there are basically three types of surface treatment. How to choose? To complement your interior style? Let's get to know these three processes.

Powder coating: It is an electrostatic spraying method. The powder is adsorbed on the surface of the profile through electrostatic treatment, and then cured into a surface coating after high-temperature baking. The thickness is generally 60-120μm;

Advantages: simple operation, low cost, and can be made in a variety of colors and shapes.

Disadvantages: Rough surface, poor UV resistance, easy to fade, and unsightly when peeling off in pieces. Some windows of houses have color differences between the interior and exterior due to uneven lighting.

Fluorocarbon spraying: A type of electrostatic spraying, also liquid spraying, generally has a three-coat process of "primer first, topcoat second, and varnish third". The paint surface has bright spots like eye shadow, and the thickness is generally 30-60μm;

Advantages: It has better weather resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and has strong resistance to UV rays and extreme weather. There is no need to worry about fading in high-temperature coastal areas

Disadvantages: complex process, strong coloring, high cost, not environmentally friendly production process, easy to cause pollution;

Ceramic electrophoresis process: an upgraded version of traditional electrophoresis treatment, smoother surface and more advanced texture compared to powder spraying; thickness is generally 10-12μm;

Advantages: the treated aluminum material has higher hardness, lower surface gloss, has matte properties, weak reflection of sunlight, and can reduce light pollution caused by direct sunlight; its weather resistance, corrosion resistance, hydrochloric acid fog and dust resistance are better

Disadvantages: not many colors to choose from, easy to scratch, and scratches are irreversible and cannot be repaired, affecting the appearance
