Blue powder coating is a special powder coating. It uses blue pigments as the main coloring agent. It is coated with the surface of the coating by static spraying, and then baked into a membrane.

Application Schedule:

Curing schedule : 15 minutes at 180℃ (metal temperature ) or by customer’s requirement.
Optimal film thickness:
60 - 90 um for smooth powder coating
70-100um for sand texture powder coating
150um-350um for hammer texture powder coating
Product characteristics:
Durability: Blue powder coatings are known for their long -lasting and tough surface effects, which can prevent crushing, scratches and wear.

Storage Requirements:
Store below 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire, heat, direct sunlight, open dumps is prohibited.Under this condition, the powder can be stable for 12 months, more than the storage period may be re-examined, such as the results meet the requirements, can still be used.
Health and Safety:
This product is non-toxic. In the course of inhalation of dust should be avoided. The operators should wear appropriate dust mask and glasses.
