  • Ensure that the storage temperature remains below 24℃ in a cool, dry environment.

  • Keep powder coatings away from fire sources, direct sunlight, and ensure adequate ventilation.

  • After use, always cover or tightly seal the bag of conductive powder coating to prevent contamination.

  • Ground all painting equipment properly to eliminate static electricity.

  • Avoid unnecessary discharge from the coating machine.

  • Control the concentration of floating dust in the powder spraying room below safe levels to prevent fire and explosions.

  • Use powder recovery equipment to recycle excess powder.

  • Maintain good air circulation in the spraying environment.

  • Avoid prolonged skin contact with powder coatings; wash off any residue with soapy water and avoid using solvents.

  • If powder gets in your eyes, immediately rinse with water or a specialized cleaning solution and seek medical attention promptly.
